ABOUT ME

I attended the prestigious High School of Art and Design in New York City where I majored in animation and commercial art. Inspired by the illustrator and teacher Thomas F. Naegele, I have turned my attention to the creation of realistic pen and ink portraits, using the stippling or pointillism technique. My works are included in private collections in the US, UK, the Netherlands, the Caribbean, and Canada.

My earnest interest in theater began with a move to Maryland, after being cast in a small role in a local community theater. Other minor acting roles followed, as did a developing interest in the other functions of theater.

In 2019 I was given the opportunity to direct my first play, Consecrated Ground. The play received positive reviews and was named #1 in new plays in its opening week.

I now concentrate on directing, and other phases of production. My own work, Out of the Blue has been produced locally and garnered excellent reviews and support.

I am a member of the Dramatists Guild, and the Board of Directors of Laurel Mill Playhouse.
